ZOHO
I've looked at Zoho - looks good. I might start using it, but haven't got the time today to do a thing. Not even to do a twiddly thing such as using my blog from there - I have enough problems trying to get my normal blog thing up!
image generator
Found one I liked - delft plate one. Hopefully I will be able to capture the image of this on this blog. www.royaldelft.com - Design your own plate. I can't capture the image at all.... It appears to be a problem - so what else is new?
Flikker
Looked at Flikker - too fiddly - don't have the interest or the inclination to use it and quite frankly don't have the technology. Never will I suspect. Interesting and can see it's usefulness, but otherwise nice to know about and that's about it.

#8 and 9 stuff
Had a look at Technorati - not much sense to me. I found it difficult - I suspect I am very word based and this just caused my brain to fuse. Tagging was fine - I think I do understand that one better. The Del.ic.cious? whatever seems to have everybody raving about -seems to be a defintite fiddle - might be ok if you had multiple accounts or something but bored the heck out of me. Seemed too complicated for words - I'll probably not bother unless forced to.
RSS feeds one
RSS feeds one - CNET thing didn't work - just froze all the time - complete waste of time. RSS gives me the heebie jeebies....not my cup of tea. I think it's junk mail in a different format. Not for me at all - if needs be I will do it, but I won't be happy about it! Why make it hard? I find this whole exercise a fiddle - nothing is easy it all crashes about and you have to keep logging in everywhere - why this fuss and bother????? It gives us an idea on the stuff I suppose - but ignorance is sometimes bliss...the less I know the happier I am.
#4 Wiki
Just looked at some wiki's (not sure if that's the correct spelling?). I found the one on the genealogy focussed ones, and the libary fictions one quite interesting. Was interesting they didn't have a certain "famous" fictional librarian Miss Zukas listed. Ah well....can't be perfect all the time.
Mostly very slow loading, and quite frankly I was very interested in most of it. I know the principle of it, so I guess that's the main point, I suspect.
Might be useful in the future for an in-house wiki for manuals and stuff? Not sure if it is appropriate, but might be a development of the future, as it sure looked like the Catholic University one had all the development of an online manual!

doing the learning program
Just began my learning 2.0 program and discovered how hard it is just to start when you are too tired to want to do it, but need to do it, because work wants you to learn this stuff. I suspect I will feel happier once I've started doing this blessed things.
